• The prices listed here are base prices• The prices will vary depending on the complexity of the character’s design.• For commercial/merchandise work, contact us for further discussion• Payment via PayPal/Stripe/Wise only• Malaysian client can make payments via bank transfer.• No refund after we have confirmed the sketch.• NoaQ only work on weekdays.• Illustration Commission usually take 1-3 months to finish depending on my schedule.• Animation & Live2D Commission usually take 2-6 months to finish depending on my schedule.• Please let me know if there’s a deadline/rush order. If not, NoaQ will be taking her time to finish.• Please let me know if you have a schedule for posting the commission• Please credit me when posting the commission.

• References MUST be provided• If you wished the character to be designed by NoaQ, an additional 50% of the commission price will be charged.• Moodboard/references must be provided.××× ×××About Additional Fee
• Rush commission will be prioritized• Rush Illustration Commission takes 5-7days to complete.• Rush Animation & Live2D Commission takes 7-21 days to complete depending on commission's complexity.• An additional x2 of the original price will be charged as the rush fee• An additional 10% of the original price will be charged if it's a NDA commission (no posting or streaming the progress until it's allowed to be revealed)• An extra fee will be charged for larger orders(500usd)××× ×××Last update: 2/1/2024

-Commission Process-

• Email us the commission type that you're interested in ordering with your references/details or any inquiries,
OR fill up the order form and we will contact you if your commission is accepted.•After the price is quoted, we wil send you an invoice.• NoaQ won't start to work on the commission if the full payment OR 50% of the deposit is not sent.• After the payment, NoaQ will start on the sketch.• Changes can only be made 3 times on the sketching stage.• After we confirm the sketch, NoaQ will proceed with the commission.• Changes after this would be charged with revision fees.• After the commission is done, we will email you your commission files.ღ Thank you ღ
