Commission TOS/T&C
Please ensure that you have read through the terms and conditions/terms of service before you apply for a commission.
Ordering commissions from NoaQ means you have agreed to her ToS.The terms and condition below applies to all past, present, and future commission work of NoaQ (@NoaQi77).If you have any questions, feel free to email us.
Please note that emails that are unclear or lack necessary details may not receive a reply.Email inquiries are handled by NoaQ herself and Jasmine (manager/assistant).About Commission in general:
• The prices listed here are base prices• The prices will vary depending on the complexity of the character’s design.• An additional fee will apply if you'd like to use the commissioned work for streaming / promotional use.
(Such as, but not limited to: to be streamed/used on your channel, etc.)• An additional fee will apply if you'd like to use the commissioned work for merchandising/physical printing.
(Such as, but not limited to: Illustrations, character art, live2d model art, etc.)• For commercial and/or merchandise work, contact us for further discussion.• Payment is available via Stripe/Wise/PayPal.• No refund after we have confirmed the sketch.• NoaQ only work on weekdays.• Illustration Commission usually take 1-3 months or more to finish depending on my schedule.• Animation & Live2D Commission usually take 3-6 months or more to finish depending on my schedule.• Please let us know if there’s a deadline/rush order. If not, NoaQ will be taking her time to finish.• Please let us know if you have a schedule for posting the commission• Please credit NoaQ when posting the commission.

• You are NOT allowed to modify NoaQ's work further without her consent.• You are NOT allowed to use/upload NoaQ's artwork to any AI tools / AI art generation service for any purposes.
• Those purposes are included, but not limited to: AI training, "enhancing", making changes, etc.• Nothing made by NoaQ(@NoaQi77) may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.• To be short, NO AI, NO NFT.• Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens.• Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.About Reference/Design Fee:
• References MUST be provided• If you wish the character to be designed by NoaQ, an additional 50% of the commission price will be charged.• Moodboard/references must be provided.About Additional Fee + Rush request:
• Rush commission will be prioritised.• Rush Illustration Commission takes within 7 days to complete.• Rush Animation & Live2D Commission takes within 21 days to complete depending on commission's complexity.• An additional x2 of the original price will be charged as the rush fee• If Rush Animation & Live2D model Commission needs to be done within 14 days, an additional x3 of the original price will be charged as the rush fee• An extra fee will be charged for larger orders(over 500usd)Last update: 27/12/2025
Commission Process
• Email us the commission type that you're interested in ordering with your references/details or any inquiries,
OR fill up the order form and we will contact you if your commission is accepted.• After the price is quoted, we wil send you an invoice.• NoaQ won't start to work on the commission if the full payment OR 50% of the deposit is not sent.• After the payment, NoaQ will start on the sketch.• Changes can only be made 3 times on the sketching stage.• After we confirm the sketch, NoaQ will proceed with the commission.• Changes after this would be charged with revision fees.• After the commission is done, we will email you your commission files, or send you a download link.
